4th Annual Girls to Greatness Teen Summit

The goal of the summit is to expose 300 EmpowHer girls, ages 11-18, to a day of empowerment, mentoring, and varying career opportunities in fields underrepresented by women of color.

Our Voice. Our Time. Refers to the powerful leadership young women have exemplified in bringing awareness to societal crises and serving as the catalysts of today’s important movements.

The Rising Star Award is presented annually to exceptional young women, under the age of 25 years old, who have boldly broken ceilings and challenged systemic barriers to create a path for girls and women to achieve greatness. It is our way of thanking these incredible young trailblazers for shattering misconceptions and redefining expectations for girls everywhere.
